I have almost 20 years experience in a range of technologies. As an leader without pointy hair who knows the technology and as an effective practitioner of GTD, I have been responsible for many successful projects. I specialize in distributed tools and globally distributed teams. I currently manage a team of 6 working on Ruby, JRuby, Hadoop, Mule, AmazonSQS, AmazonSDB, AmazonS3 and AmazonEC2. I have 10 solid years experience with Java consulting and working in the enterprise (yes it’s just like the Dilbert cartoons) and for start-ups.
